Access Request

Under the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 12 and 13), you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request corrections if that information is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.

• Access — Find out what personal information we hold about you
• Correction — Request that we correct any inaccurate or outdated information
• Deletion — Request that we delete your personal information where it is no longer required
• Details of use — Understand how your personal information has been used or disclosed

What Happens Next?

1. Submit your request using the form above or by contacting us directly
2. Identity verification — We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your privacy
3. Acknowledgement — We will acknowledge your request within 7 days
4. Response — We will respond to your request within 30 days, as required under the Australian Privacy Principles

Fees

There is no charge for making an access request. However, if your request requires significant effort to process, we may charge a reasonable fee. If a fee applies, we will inform you in advance and provide an estimate.

Refusal of Access

In some circumstances, we may refuse access to personal information. If we do, we will provide you with written reasons for the refusal and the available options for complaint, including lodging a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Request a Correction (APP 13)

Under Australian Privacy Principle 13, you have the right to request correction of any personal information we hold about you that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.

To request a correction, please provide:

• Your full name and contact details so we can identify your records
• A description of the information you believe is incorrect
• The corrected information you would like us to update
• Any supporting evidence, if applicable

We will process your correction request within 30 days. If we have disclosed the incorrect information to any third parties, we will take reasonable steps to notify them of the correction.

If we refuse to correct your information, we will provide you with written reasons and advise you of your right to request that a statement of the correction sought be associated with the information.
